Editorial Policy
Last updated
Every question and answer on this site follows the same process so you can trust what you read before an interview.
1. Sourcing questions
Questions come from our editors, from interview experiences shared by members, from questions members ask on the site and from public interview patterns of companies and exams. We do not copy content from other websites.
2. Writing answers
- Answers are written in simple language and explain why, not just what.
- Technical answers are checked against official documentation and, where possible, run code.
- HR answers are examples to adapt — never scripts to memorise.
3. Expert review
An Expert answer badge means the answer was written or reviewed by a named member of our expert panel. The reviewer and the “Last updated” date are shown under the answer.
4. Community content
Member answers and comments are published under community guidelines. Answers with links are held for moderation; reported content is reviewed by moderators.
5. Corrections
Found a mistake? Use Report an error on any question or MCQ. We review every report, fix confirmed errors and update the “Last updated” date. Serious corrections are noted on the page.
6. Independence
Advertising and sponsorships never influence answers. Sponsored content, if any, is always labelled.
7. Use of AI tools
Editors may use tools for drafting or proofreading, but every expert answer is checked by a human reviewer before it carries the Expert badge.
