Resume tips that get interviews
- Freshers: one page. Put Projects and Internships above anything else.
- Start bullets with action verbs and add a number to at least half of them.
- Copy the exact skill keywords from the job description.
- Use the Word download if a portal asks for .doc/.docx; otherwise send the PDF.
- Personal details (DOB, father's name…) are usually only needed for government / PSU forms — switch them on under Personal details → Advanced.
- Run the resume checklist before applying.
